• Scheduled Water Interruption

  Earlier today, the City of Celina received the following information in a memorandum from our water services provider, Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD). Due to the damage of a transmission pipeline that serves municipalities in their portfolio, the pipeline will have to be shut off for repairs next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (July 19 - 21). • State 1 Drought Restrictions

  The City of Celina in cooperation with the Upper Trinity River Water District (UTRWD) announced today an immediate implementation of Stage 1 Drought Contingency Plan water conservations measures. Under this stage, residents will be asked to conserve water through mandatory and voluntary measures and to comply with restrictions on certain non-essential water usage.
