Pool Opening Updates

As the Managing Agent for Chalk Hill Homeowners Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce that Pool Season is Here and the Community Pool will open Saturday, May 31st.

We want to inform you that on Saturday, May 31st, from 9am-11am, there will be an onsite pool access card handout. You will be required to fill out the Pool Access Form we will have on hand, and you will be asked to present a valid id with your complete name. The form is also attached to the communication for your convenience.

We have created a temporary community access code so you may enjoy your new pool as of May 31st. Please note this access code will be temporary, and will have a deactivation date of Monday, June 30, 2025. This is done in efforts to give everyone enough time to have a physical pool access card.

Note: Your first key will be free of charge. Any additional or replacement key in the future will have a $25 charge.

If you have submitted an online form and have not received your pool access card or tracking information, please use the temporary code that has been provided. Also, there is no need for you to come by to pick up a card in person. The access department has 10 days to process your submitted request.
