Storm Damage Update 09.05.2025

Good morning, Chalk Hill residents. Due to the flooding from the storm that occurred on 09.05.2025, the pool contractor will be draining and power-washing the pool today before refilling. I was out to take pictures after the storm and realized that the gate at the parking lot entry was not latching. This entry will be kept chained for safety purposes until the contractor can complete the necessary repairs.

The landscape contractor will also be onsite today for storm clean-up.

Pictures, video and written documentation have been provided to the developer for review.

Community Update

• We will be adding a concrete pad and waste receptacles next to the cluster mailboxes.
• I am also in process of adding a picnic table next to the playground.
• Details regarding National Night Out will be announced shortly.
