ACC Application Fee Effective November 1st, 2025

Please be advised that effective November 1st, 2025, all Architectural Control Committee (ACC) application requests submitted to the Association will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. This fee will apply to all new ACC submissions received on or after the effective date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this change helps offset administrative costs associated with processing and reviewing applications.
